The Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival Preview will be held at noon at the Peace Plaza (Buchanan and Post streets) in S.F.’s Japantown. The preview ceremonies will include: taiko, Japanese classical dance, koto presentations and the presentation of the 2012 candidates.
