The San Francisco International Arts Festival, the U.S./Japan Cultural Trade Network and Union Bank present “The Timeless Art of Human Comedy from Medieval Japan: Kyogen Theatre” by Mansaku-no Kai at the Marines’ Memorial Theater, 609 Sutter St., S.F. at 7 p.m. The performances will take place on a traditional wooden floor called a shosadai that will be shipped in from Tokyo to honor the aesthetics of the 600 year-old theatrical tradition.
