Artist Barbara Stevens Strauss will open a new exhibit, “Under the Cinnamon Moon: Japanese Inspired Sculpture,” at the Japan Information Center, 50 Fremont St., Suite 2200, S.F. The opening reception will be held Thursday, Jan. 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. During the lecture portion of the opening reception, Stevens Strauss will give a short presentation and a Q-and-A-format session.
