Kokoro Studio, 682 Geary St. in SF (a few blocks from Union Square), announces that its newest exhibit, “Unhealthy,” will be on view. A public reception will be held Thursday, May 5 from 7 to 10 p.m. The exhibit will commence with a special opening night performance by Tanaka’s dance and acting group, SpoBra. Tanaka’s newest body of work explores the reality of her secret bad habits. The exhibit features drawings, craft, and performance by Japanese artist Mayumi Tanaka.
