“Cherry Blossoms in the Fall,” the Cherry Blossom Festival of Southern California, will take place in LA’s Little Tokyo District. There will be food, entertainment and exhibitions on history and culture. The festival will also feature Japan earthquake and tsunami recovery efforts for reconstruction.
