So Cal: JACCC Year of the Dragon with “Hatsu-Kaze” celebration

The Japanese American Cultural and Community Center will celebrate the Year of the Dragon with “Hatsu-Kaze” (First Wind), an artistic journey through Western and Eastern performing arts and traditions. Hirokazu Kosaka, artistic director of the JACCC, curated the production, which will take place at the JACCC Plaza, 244 South San Pedro St., Suite 505, LA, at 1 p.m. Admission is free.
