The ceremony will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the KeyArena at Seattle Center, 334 First Ave. North. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. Participants and guests can park in paid parking garages near KeyArena. There are garages at 220 First Ave. North (across from KeyArena); 650 Third Ave. North (approximately two blocks away); and 516 Harrison St (approximately five blocks away).
