It is pushed through a strainer and the long treads are gathered to form a beautiful winter style sweet. Easy to follow recipes for the workshop will be provided in advance to all registrants. The workshop will be recorded and made available for registrants following the live session.” Cost: Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California members $25, $30 general.
