Shig Yabu of Yabitoon Books will present a talk at the Park County Public Library, 1500 Heart Mountain St., Cody, Wyo. at 6:30 p.m. Yabitoon has published two picture books on the wartime incarceration of persons of Japanese descent in American concentration camps: “Hello Maggie” and “A Boy of Heart Mountain.”
