Asian Pacific Health Care Venture began providing “health care through a primary care program subcontracted to various clinics in (their) community.” In collaboration with other health organizations, they began “providing health education and awareness on topics including youth empowerment, HIV/AIDS awareness, tobacco use prevention among teens and adults, tuberculosis and hepatitis.”
