Matsuyama-Sacramento Sister City Corporation

They host exchanges between students from Matsuyama and Sacramento. They participate in the San Francisco Cherry Blossom Festival, Camellia Show and Japan Day. They are celebrating 40 years as a sister city with Matsuyama, Japan.
