JACL Puyallup Valley Chapter

The biggest project is partnering with the Washington State Fair to develop a permanent display of names and family numbers of the 7,600 individuals who were incarcerated at the Puyallup Assembly Center, the current site of the WSF. The Puyallup Assembly Center, aka “Camp Harmony,” was the only wartime detention site in the state.
