My Sister’s House, Through Peace, APAPA, Compassion in Oakland and Tuff Love will hold a self-defense training and free mental health and victim support services to address hate crimes and incidents from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs at 4000 Truxel Road, Suite 3 in Sacramento, Calif.
