My Sister’s House will celebrate its grand opening and new location of My Sister’s Café to the John E. Moss Federal Building at 650 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, Calif., two blocks from its original cafe, from noon to 3 p.m.. My Sister’s House aims “to serve Asian and Pacific Islander and other underserved women and children impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking by providing a culturally appropriate and responsive safe haven, job training and community services. My Sister’s Café helps domestic violence survivors ‘get back on their feet’ financially. As part of the annual Big Day of Giving festivities, My Sister’s House will be celebrating the grand opening of My Sister’s Café with a boba bar (Café La Vies), live music (DJ J Cutz), Photo Booth (Styled by A2B) lunch and dessert specials, and more.”
